Wilbur Construction LLC began in January 2015 when James Jennings branched out from the large scale commercial construction industry to create his own company based in Marquette, Michigan.

James Jennings is a Northern Michigan University graduate of Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration. His college career led him to a Project Engineer position with a large commercial construction company and from there the experience grew. Working on several projects from Texas to North Dakota gave him the field experience much needed to run a construction business efficiently.

The product of Wilbur Construction LLC will be its outstanding service to its customers. As with most industries customer service typically separates the average from the excellent and construction companies far too often fail to realize their customers are their company. Wilbur Construction LLC will focus on delivering the best possible experience for all clients to ease the often emotional experience of building new or going through a renovation. Centering on residential projects as large as entire home renovations and additions to the tiny tasks of replacing a door knob, we do it all from big to small.
