The applicant certifies that the foregoing statements are correct and agrees, if approved, that the applicant will be governed by the Code of Ethics and Bylaws of the Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula for the duration of the applicants membership. Applicant further agrees to promote the objectives of the Association to the best of their ability. The applicant also agrees that when they withdraw from membership in the Association they shall pay all dues and indebtedness due the Association and discontinue using the organization's logos or insignias. Applicant acknowledges that all dues paid are non-refundable.

We assume these responsibilities freely and solemnly, mindful that they are part of our obligation as members of the Home Builders Association of the Upper Peninsula.
